With the chat, users can start and reply to conversations with the operations center or colleagues directly within LogiShift: no need to switch platforms. The control room can manage requests collaboratively, assign conversations, and track them easily. The system sends real-time notifications whenever a new message is received. Operators also have access to the full chat history, can view the driver’s schedule, and retrieve useful contextual information to respond quickly and accurately.
